It is used for laminating raw materials such as canvas and rubber sheets layer by layer to form a belt blank structure to be vulcanized. Its forming precision directly affects the strength and service life of the final product.
Composition and Working Process
- Unwinding Device: It is responsible for smoothly unwinding the rubberized fabric coil and avoiding tension fluctuation.
- Traction and Laminating Mechanism: It guides the rubberized fabric to run along the set path and completes multi-layer lamination under pressure.
- Worktable and Guide Groove: It provides a stable forming platform, and some models support bidirectional reciprocating operation.
- Constant Tension Control System: It adopts a magnetic powder brake or carbon powder brake, combined with photoelectric deviation correction, to achieve tension precision control of ±0.1N level.
- Winding System: It neatly winds the formed belt blank for subsequent processing.
